Isabel Sánchez Benito

Hello, I'm Isa! 

In addition to acroyoga, I am passionate about climbing and I enjoy trying all kinds of sports, especially if I can share them with other people and they allow me to be in contact with nature. Before coming to AcroYoga Prem and becoming part of their beautiful family, I trained as a yoga teacher and had the opportunity to delve deeper into fields such as Ayurvedic medicine or family constellations. I am also a journalist, I am dedicated to international cooperation, and I have lived in countries like Chile, Brazil and Peru.
Now I live in Mérida (Extremadura), where I share the fascinating world of acroyoga with a beautiful community of yogis and acroyogis.
