About the event
MULTILEVEL IMMERSION ACROYOGA PREM ALICANTE
An immersion is the best way to deepen your AcroYogi path. During 4 intensive days you will be able to increase the skills you have learned in classes, in workshops, festivals or jams.
Join Laura Beltrán and David Barreto to strengthen the fundamental foundations of the AcroYoga practice. We will explore new content, open space for creative processes, dance, play, and work a lot on physical conditioning with Yoga and inverts.
This immersion is for you if you have experience in AcroYoga at basic and intermediate levels, so get ready to challenge yourself and take any of your levels to the maximum.

Laura and David form a teaching team with many years of experience between yoga, the arts and healing therapies, knowing the power of teaching from the heart to be able to offer the student an authentic external and internal experience of learning and growth.

7.5 hours per day (total 30 hours)
9:00 - 10:00 Yoga
10:00 -10:30 Inverted
10:30 - 12:00 AcroAsanas & Dynamic AcroYoga
12:00 - 12:30 Rest and fruits
12:30 - 14:00 Three & Standing Acro
14:00 - 16:00 Lunch, rest, socializing
16:00 -19:00 AcroDance, AcroTherapeutic and therapeutic restoration.
CONTRIBUTION: €350 per person
