This is our Integral (Solar&Lunar) AcroYoga Prem Immersion happening in Edinburgh
Join us with David Barreto and Laura Beltrán in this intensive multilevel practice to strengthen the essentials of AcroYoga and learn much more. Teachers coming from Castellón, Valencia. More information about them on www.acroyogaprem.com.
An intensive course is the best way to go deeper in your path of an AcroYogi. During these 4 days you will be able to improve those skills you gained in classes, workshops, festivals or different jams.

Together with David and Laura are a teacher team from Spain with many years of experience in yoga, arts and the therapies for healing, with the feeling for teaching in their hearts, offering their students an external and internal experience so they can learn and grow.
This intensive course is perfect for you, if you have some basic/beginner or intermediate experience in AcroYoga, but be ready to challenge yourself in this course and bring your level to the maximum!

Place: Sacred Heart Center Edinburgh, with amazing Benji and Rose joining the course!
Hours – 7.5 hours a day, 30 hours in total. After accomplishing 30 hours, you receive a certificate which is a pre-requisite for AcroYoga teacher training.
